Mastered by our neighbours Guy and Nathalie at La Plantation our young green pepper berries remain soft and juicy, enriched by salty fermentation, giving you the wonderful taste of seasoning all at once.
Add to savoury sauces of any kind. Drop a few in a Gin and Tonic to enrich the Botanicals. Add the wow factor to soups and salads. The use is endless and always a great success. We hide them in canapés to give our friends a delightful surprise!! Totally moreish on their own.
