There are 3 x 57g handmade chocolate bars in this “Equator” collection, presented in a beautiful cardboard gift pack. Each bar is individually wrapped and boxed, keeping them as fresh as possible.

 

 

To us, the Equator collection concept is to use ingredients that come from a single ecosystem. Because an ecosystem’s minerals, water, and soil give life to its plants, the living things that thrive together inherently taste good together.

 

 

Every chocolate bar from this collection is solely composed of ingredients grown in the area and region of the earth surrounding the equator, with bright and intense flavours symbiotically blended into the house made tropical chocolate.

 

 

DARK CHOCOLATE WITH SPICES

Would you like to get lost in a spice island full of meandering rivers, marshland and rocky volcano slopes? Imagine rowing through thick mangroves and mysterious swamps while listening to chirping insects. Bright flowers blossom and old cinnamon trees wave at you with their woody hands. The air is fresh with a vanilla smell and grey fluffy clouds drift over your heads.

 

DARK CHOCOLATE WITH INCAN BERRIES

Bright orange in colour, the miniature tomatoes silently climb their green moustache into the bright sky. The melody of their ripeness and sourness is so good it causes goosebumps and puts the mind into a state of trance. Crunchy bits of Incan berries tickle the tongue while melting and mixing together with rich dark chocolate. This is a true Incan chocolate bar – sweet and sour at the same time. Some people even think this is the 3000-year-old recipe invented by the Incan Gods themselves!

 

MILK CHOCOLATE WITH TAHINI

This legend is about a flavour that travelled 1001 nights all the way through the red Sahara dunes, mirages and oases. This flavour is in a cave, the mouth of which is sealed by magic and only the poor lumberjack Ali knows how to remove the spell and open the spell-bound gate. Of course this tale would not be complete without 40 ruthless thieves to whom the flavour belongs. But Ali knows the password and just opened the gate… “Open sesame!”

In a little town on the Eastern side of Lithuania, Chocolate Naive makes their bean to bar chocolate. Each and every morning, the chocolate master carefully roasts fresh cacao beans whose delicious aroma gently awakens the residents of the town. Just as they were hundreds of years ago, cacao beans are slowly rolled and conched to release their extraordinary bouquet of fruits, nuts and flowers in a delicately finished chocolate bar. These handcrafted bars are later stored to mature and form a complicated array of tastes and seasonings.
At Chocolate Naive, one of only 200 such producers worldwide, the production cycle starts with a dried cacao bean. Top class cacao beans are diligently selected from exceptional farms. They are then transported via the old seaways to Europe and, finally, to Lithuania, home of Chocolate Naive. Two key principles are of the most importance to us. First, we only work with the best ingredients in the world. Secondly, we seek to become world-class craftsmen in working with this type of exquisite production.
Naive makes chocolate in ways that help to reveal the character of a particular cacao bean. The chocolate is finally born after a meticulous analysis of taste, colour, smell and texture. For some time already our products have put Lithuania on the foodie map as a rising star of gourmet chocolate in the world.
