Made with fresh fruit harvested exclusively from the Dymatou Estate orchards, on an incline at an altitude of 1300 metres. Fresh apples and quince give this high fruit content jam (60% fruit) a fragrant and deep flavour. The quince fruit naturally contains a high level of pectin, making them perfect to be used in jams.
Small quantity production and ideal boiling conditions in open pots help create the rich aroma, bold colour and characteristically authentic marmalade flavour. The product is made with no preservatives, colouring agents, added scents or sugar substitutes. Enjoy spread on toasted breads, mixed with yoghurt or coupled with your favourite cheese and crackers. Also pairs well as a pancake topper.
