An exquisite totally natural syrup. Grape must of red grapes is slowly boiled until it thickens to the excellent consistency of our grape syrup. It is our Mediterranean answer to America’s maple syrup and (no offence) we think it tastes better. Some specialists believe it surpasses it in nutrition value as well. It is full of beneficial phytonutrients and it is rich in resveratrol a very effective antioxidant.
Use it over pancakes, to drizzle on ice cream or to sweeten your beverages. Though as sweet as the carob syrup it does not have a so intense flavour so it can be used as a sugar substitute almost anywhere.
