For a decaf this coffee is astonishingly clean and flavourful. The dry grounds exhibit lovely creamy and nutty notes with a hint of booze. As an espresso it has a nice balanced acidity and fantastic sweetness which leans to notes of candied nuts (like peanut brittle), red grape and an underlying boozy quality. Truly delicious!
