Honey is our main product and we could not avoid making balsamic vinegar out of it. Our signature raw honey is blended with our authentic wine vinegar and the balsamic produced is the sweetest of the three we offer. It is delightfully sweet and with a wonderfully complex aroma. It is aged in wooden wine casks and when in the bottle can continue ageing, virtually indefinitely.
Use it over salads, grilled vegetables or pasta.
