Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday). Any orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and more often than not we will still get orders out of our warehouse as late as 4pm. However if you require a guaranteed same day dispatch we recommend placing your order before 1pm.
Delivery Rates & Courier Partner
All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge, and any order of £50 or less will be charged at £3.95.
We use DPD as our exclusive courier partner, and all orders are delivered on a tracked next working day service. As part of the DPD service, you will receive a notification e-mail and/or text message upon dispatch with your tracking details, as well as a 1 hour shipping window on the day of delivery. This will enable you to log in to the DPD website or app and track your shipment from door to door, as well as amend your delivery as you wish.
