Dolfin crafts its chocolate using carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop depth and smoothness. The use of pure cocoa butter ensures a refined texture and clean melt throughout the 70g bar, allowing the flavours to integrate seamlessly.

Dark chocolate naturally contains polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress. Ginger is traditionally valued for its digestive-supporting properties, while lemon contributes natural citrus compounds linked to freshness and vitality.

We partner with some of the UK’s leading courier companies, including DPD, Royal Mail, DHL and Evri, to ensure your order arrives quickly and reliably. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day using a tracked next working day service as standard.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
