Dolfin Milk Chocolate with Masala Chai is a distinctive Belgian chocolate bar that combines smooth milk chocolate with a carefully balanced blend of traditional chai spices. With 37% cocoa content, the chocolate provides a creamy, velvety base that complements the warming, aromatic notes of spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove, creating a rich and comforting flavour experience.
The chocolate is crafted from carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop depth of flavour and a smooth texture. Dolfin uses only pure cocoa butter, ensuring a clean melt and refined finish without substitutes. Each 70g bar reflects a commitment to quality and consistency from bean to bar.
The chai spice blend not only enhances flavour but also brings traditionally recognised benefits. Ingredients such as ginger and cinnamon are commonly associated with supporting digestion, while spices like cardamom and clove contain natural antioxidants and warming compounds.
