The raspberries bring both aroma and contrast, preventing the chocolate from becoming overly sweet and adding a fresh, slightly tangy finish. Their vivid berry character pairs naturally with the creamy cocoa butter notes, creating a balanced and refined flavour combination.

Dolfin crafts its chocolate using carefully developed techniques that include conching and tempering to achieve a smooth texture, glossy finish, and clean melt. Only pure cocoa butter is used, ensuring a luxurious mouthfeel and consistent quality throughout the 70g bar.

Raspberries naturally contain antioxidants and plant compounds such as anthocyanins, which are associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress. Cocoa butter contributes the creamy texture that defines high-quality Belgian white chocolate.

Sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, crunchy raspberry 6% (sugar, raspberry, starch, concentrated raspberry juice), emulsifier: SOY lecithin,
natural vanilla and raspberry flavourings. Cocoa solids : 31% minimum. Milk solids : 30% minimum. May contain tree nuts, sesame, wheat and eggs.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
