This Belgian milk chocolate bar combines silky smooth chocolate with rich dulce de leche and delicate crispy rice for a comforting blend of creaminess and crunch. The sweetness of the caramelised milk notes is balanced by the light texture of the crisped rice, creating a playful yet refined chocolate experience.
Dulce de leche brings deep, rounded flavours reminiscent of slowly cooked caramel and condensed milk, adding warmth and richness without overpowering the cocoa itself. The crispy rice introduces a light, airy crunch that contrasts beautifully with the smooth melt of the milk chocolate, giving the bar texture and balance in every bite.
Dolfin crafts its chocolate using carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop flavour complexity and a silky finish. Only pure cocoa butter is used, ensuring a smooth melt and elegant mouthfeel throughout the 70g bar.
Cocoa naturally contains polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress and supporting overall wellbeing as part of a balanced diet.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount.
