Dolfin crafts its chocolate using carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to reveal their full aromatic complexity. The use of pure cocoa butter ensures a smooth melt and elegant finish throughout the 70g bar, allowing the ingredients to integrate naturally into the chocolate.
Dark chocolate naturally contains polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress. Cranberries provide naturally occurring plant antioxidants, while roasted seeds contribute minerals and texture as part of a balanced diet.
