Fragrant bergamot meets smooth dark chocolate in this distinctive Belgian bar, where the elegance of Earl Grey tea is woven into rich 60% cocoa. The result is a layered tasting experience with deep cocoa notes first, followed by a gentle citrus lift and a lingering, aromatic finish.
The cocoa base is developed through careful fermentation, drying, roasting, and conching, allowing its natural complexity to emerge. Dolfin blends the Earl Grey tea directly into the chocolate mass, ensuring the bergamot’s essential oils are evenly distributed, giving a consistent, refined flavour in every piece. The use of pure cocoa butter ensures a clean melt and smooth texture throughout the 70g bar.
Cocoa is naturally rich in polyphenols, known for their antioxidant role in helping protect cells from oxidative stress. Earl Grey tea contributes additional polyphenols, while bergamot is traditionally associated with uplifting aroma and digestive comfort.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
