This Belgian dark chocolate bar brings together the richness of 60% cocoa with the surprising elegance of pink peppercorns. Unlike black pepper, pink peppercorns offer a softer, more aromatic spice profile with delicate floral and fruity notes, creating a refined contrast against the depth of dark chocolate.
As the chocolate melts, the cocoa develops slowly into warm roasted notes before the peppercorns introduce a gentle heat and subtle brightness. The result is balanced rather than overpowering — a sophisticated flavour pairing designed to highlight both spice and cocoa in harmony.
Dolfin carefully crafts its chocolate from selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to reveal their full aromatic potential. The use of pure cocoa butter gives the bar its smooth texture, clean snap, and elegant finish, while the pink peppercorns are blended directly into the chocolate to ensure consistency in every piece.
Dark chocolate naturally contains polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress. Pink peppercorns also contain naturally occurring aromatic plant compounds traditionally valued for digestive and warming properties.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount.
