Made with 70% cocoa, the chocolate delivers a bold and well-rounded flavour, where natural bitterness is balanced by gentle sweetness and enhanced by the delicate savoury notes of the salt.

Harvested using traditional methods from the salt marshes of Guérande in France, this fine sea salt is prized for its purity and natural mineral composition. Evenly distributed throughout the chocolate, it integrates smoothly into the cocoa, enhancing flavour without interrupting the texture. The result is a refined balance where the salt subtly elevates the richness of the chocolate and brings clarity to its flavour profile.

Dolfin produces its chocolate using carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop their full aromatic complexity. The use of pure cocoa butter ensures a smooth melt and elegant finish throughout the 70g bar.

Dark chocolate is naturally rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
