This unique, creamy golden honey is the purest, most nutritious form of honey. 100% raw, it is the honey that comes directly from the honeycomb without heating, without filtering or any kind of processing. It is the healthiest choice among the various forms of honey as it has the most nutritional value and contains amylase, an enzyme concentrated in flower pollen which helps predigest starchy foods like breads.

We bought three jars of this honey in various flavours on our recent holiday to Cyprus as a souvenir, we didn’t realise until we got back and opened it how much we would fall in love with it. 6 weeks back and the honey all gone and we were on the search for more.
