Hibiscus is a herbal tea made as an infusion from crimson or deep magenta colored calyxes of the Rozelle flower. It can be consumed both hot and cold.
The tea contains high levels of vitamin C and minerals and is used traditionally as a mild medicine. Hibiscus tea benefits range from its potent antioxidants to its ability to lower blood pressure.
