Inspired by the flavours of a classic lemon tart, this Belgian white chocolate bar combines creamy cocoa butter chocolate with bright lemon and buttery sablé biscuit pieces. The result is a dessert-style flavour profile that balances sweetness, citrus freshness, and delicate biscuit richness in every bite.

The white chocolate provides a smooth and velvety base, while the lemon introduces lively citrus notes that cut through the creaminess and bring freshness to the palate. Pieces of sablé biscuit add a soft crumbly texture and buttery warmth, echoing the character of traditional French-style lemon tart pastry. Together, the ingredients create a layered and comforting flavour experience that feels both indulgent and refined.

Dolfin crafts its chocolate using carefully controlled conching and tempering methods to achieve a glossy finish, smooth texture, and clean melt. Only pure cocoa butter is used, ensuring the chocolate remains rich yet elegant throughout the 70g bar.

Lemon naturally contains aromatic citrus compounds associated with freshness and vitality, while cocoa butter contributes the creamy mouthfeel characteristic of premium Belgian white chocolate.

Sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, shortbread 3% (WHEAT flour, sugar, butter (MILK), salt), lemon powder 2%, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, lemon oil, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids: 31% minimum. Milk solids: 30% minimum. May contain tree nuts, sesame and eggs.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
