Dolfin 60% Dark Chocolate with Roasted Almonds is a refined Belgian chocolate bar that combines smooth dark chocolate with the natural crunch of real roasted almonds. With 60% cocoa content, it offers a balanced profile of rich cocoa flavour and gentle bitterness, complemented by the warm, nutty depth of carefully selected almonds.
This chocolate is crafted in Belgium using traditional methods, where cocoa beans are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop their full flavour. Dolfin uses only pure cocoa butter, ensuring a clean melt and smooth finish, while the almonds are roasted to enhance their natural flavour and texture. Each 70g bar reflects a commitment to quality and authenticity, with no flavourings or artificial additions.
Dark chocolate is naturally rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting heart health. Almonds provide additional nutritional value, contributing plant-based protein, fibre, and vitamin E, which supports skin health and antioxidant defence.
