This milk chocolate begins with carefully selected cocoa beans. The pods are harvested when ripe, opened by hand, and the beans are examined for quality before fermentation. Fermentation is essential to developing the chocolate’s flavour, followed by natural drying, roasting, grinding into cocoa mass, conching for smoothness, tempering for shine and snap, then moulding into bars.

With 37% cocoa, this bar delivers a rounded balance of cocoa richness, gentle sweetness, and velvety milk chocolate texture. Cocoa naturally contains polyphenols, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress.

Dolfin’s Cocoa Act 4 programme guides its ethical and sustainable approach through four pillars: people, planet, quality, and transparency. This includes fairer conditions for cocoa producers, quality bonuses, sustainable agriculture, reforestation, traceability, and reduced plastic packaging.

We partner with some of the UK’s leading courier companies, including DPD, Royal Mail, DHL and Evri, to ensure your order arrives quickly and reliably. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day using a tracked next working day service as standard.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
