This indulgent Belgian milk chocolate bar combines smooth cocoa with salted butter caramel made using PDO butter from Isigny and milk sourced from Normandy, regions renowned for exceptional dairy quality and rich flavour. The result is a luxurious chocolate experience with remarkable creaminess, depth, and balance.
The caramel delivers warm notes of toasted sugar and buttery richness, while the touch of salt enhances both the sweetness and the cocoa profile. The Normandy milk contributes a particularly smooth and rounded texture, helping create a silky melt that complements the deep caramel character beautifully. Together, these ingredients create layers of flavour that unfold gradually — creamy milk chocolate first, followed by rich caramel warmth and a delicate savoury finish.
Dolfin crafts its chocolate from carefully selected cocoa beans that undergo fermentation, drying, roasting, and conching to reveal their full aromatic complexity. Only pure cocoa butter is used, ensuring a refined texture and clean finish throughout the 70g bar.
Cocoa naturally contains antioxidant polyphenols associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress and supporting overall wellbeing as part of a balanced diet.

Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, salted butter caramel 10% (Sugar, glucose syrup, fresh cream (MILK) from Normandy, semi-salted Isigny PDO butter (MILK) 4.1%, skimmed MILK powder, fleur de sel from Guerande 1,6%), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, Guerande salt, natural flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids : 37% minimum. Milk solids : 17.5% minimum. May contain tree nuts, wheat, eggs and sesame.
