Inspired by the traditional spiced biscuits enjoyed across Belgium and Northern Europe, this milk chocolate bar combines smooth Belgian chocolate with crunchy pieces of speculoos for a comforting and nostalgic flavour experience. The creamy sweetness of the milk chocolate pairs beautifully with the caramelised biscuit notes and gentle warming spices, creating both texture and depth in every bite.

Speculoos is known for its distinctive flavour profile, often associated with cinnamon, brown sugar, and baked biscuit warmth. Folded into the chocolate, it adds a delicate crunch that contrasts with the silky melt of the cocoa. The result is balanced and indulgent without feeling overly sweet.

Dolfin crafts its chocolate from carefully selected cocoa beans that are fermented, dried, roasted, and conched to develop a smooth texture and rounded flavour. Only pure cocoa butter is used, ensuring a refined melt and clean finish throughout the 70g bar.

Cocoa naturally contains polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidant compounds associated with helping protect cells from oxidative stress. The warming spices traditionally used in speculoos, such as cinnamon, are also valued for their comforting and digestive qualities.

Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, caramelized Belgian biscuit 4% (WHEAT flour, beet sugar, vegetable fats (coconut,
sunflower), beet syrup, whole EGGS, Ceylon cinnamon, spices, sodium carbonate (baking powder)), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla and caramelised Belgian biscuit flavourings. Cocoa solids: 37% minimum. MILK solids: 17.5% minimum. May contain tree nuts and sesame.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £4.45 delivery charge for orders below this amount. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier, with options available including safe place delivery, delivery to a neighbour, or collection from a local pickup point.
