A classic balsamic vinegar produced out of our amazing ?petimezi? (grape syrup) and authentic wine vinegar. No preservatives, colour or other sweeteners are ever added and this is another fact that makes our balsamic vinegar stand out. It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in wooden wine casks and can age in bottle as well for many more years.
Can be used in almost any salad or drizzled over vegetables. Also combines perfectly with our single variety Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
