Quinoa is rich in both soluble and insoluble fibre, contains antioxidants and phytonutrients that have wonderful health benefits. It is a good source of fibre and iron. Due to it’s essential amino acids content, cooked quinoa is a delicious source of plant based protein. It also offers fatty acids like alpha-linolenic acid as well as antioxidants. It can be mixed up with basmati rice to enhance flavour and fibre content. Comes in a resealable stand up pouch.
Cooking instructions: Use 1.5 cups of water to 1 cup of quinoa, add salt to taste and cook approximately for 15 minutes.
