White giant butter beans, also known as Lima beans are one of the tastiest and creamiest beans out there. Add some tomato sauce, aromatic greens like parsley or coriander and vegetables of your choice towards the end of cooking. To speed up the cooking you can pressure cook them, which should decrease the cooking time by 2/3.
Cooking instructions: Soak overnight, followed by boiling them for at least 2 hours or 45 minutes in the pressure cooker, you can also bake them with tomato sauce and vegetables.
