Bulgur is a common ingredient in cuisines of many countries of the Asian Cuisine and Mediterranean Basin. It has a light, nutty flavour. Great in salads, soups or in a main meal.
Cooking instructions: add 1 part of bulgur wheat to 1 1/2 parts of water or stock and boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Otherwise soak in boiling water or stock for 30 minutes under the lid.
